Hi,

We're in the process of implementing a new 3CX phone system hosted in Azure, and I've noticed that the phones get provisioned, but they're online when I disable the "Block remote non-tunnel connections" option. I'm using a Yealink T34W. Any reason for this? Is there a way to have it work with the block remote non-tunnel connections enabled?

I did some research, and it seems as though we need to use an SBC. I'll get it configured, and hopefully it works as designed.

Hi,

And once you see that it does work, which I am sure you will, don't forget to re-enable the Block for non-tunnel!

Best,
KS.

Thanks for the feedback. We used a Linux-based implementation for the SBC, and everything works as expected with the block for non-tunnel enabled.
