Is there a trial for MS Teams?

I'm trying to test direct routing using 3CX however it seems not working as I assume the cloud hosted version is "Pro" edition instead of "Enterprise" edition.

Does anyone know how to request an Enterprise license trial?

You can try contacting your account manager but I don't think you can have a trial. However, for the small price difference, it may be worth simply upgrading.
