Solved issue with android 3cx app - voice messages cannot be read - not enough permissions

dear community i have an issue with a user with android 3cx app

basically when he gets a voicemail the message display on his phone but once he tries to listen to it he gets the "not enough permissions"
he is able to delete the voicemail though which is very strange

Hi @Penthalaz3cx,

This can happen if the app does not have the "Storage" permission. Go into Android's "Settings" > "Apps" > "3CX" > "Permissions", enable the "Storage" permission and retry.

If the issue persists please report back to us with more info, i.e. device model, Android OS version, app and PBX version.

Well this is what i used to fix it.. i'l remamber it
