Solved Issue with Android App

Hello,
I am facing a strange behaviour.
I have a Samsung Galaxy A40 SM-A405FN Version A405FNXXU3BTK3 / A405FNOXM3BTG1 / A405FNXXS3BTK1
I have installed the 3cx app version 16.6.2 updated 11 december 2020
When the phone is turned on, everything works.
When the phone is in standby, if I receive a phone call from the normal phone, from whatsapp, or from facebook I can swipe the green phone Icon and pick up.
But when I receive a call from my 3cx system AND the phone is in standby (black screen) the screen gets turned on, I can see the green and the red Icon (pick up, drop down) but I can't swipe neither.
In fact I have to manually unlock the device and call the lost calls.
I already tried to enable face recognition, fingerptint unlock, because I was thinking that I could pick up the calls but, even if it is unlocked by those methods, the swipe to answer keep to malfunction.
It only happens if the device goes in standby/lockscreen.
Can You suggest me something?

You must tap, not swipe.

Took me a while to get that one, I got so mad I could not answer the call.

The incoming call button behavior was changed from drag to single tap to answer/decline to make the app more responsive and incoming call management quicker.
