Key expired after refreshing

Earlier this year, I lost my spouse. As such, I have not been on top of things as much as usual. We used a small system for just the two of us for pro-bono, non-profit consulting. I received a notice that my system had been offline for a long period of time and to make sure it was back online to avoid losing my FQDN. To say my mind has been elsewhere is an understatement as I didn't even notice a server offline in my home. On getting a system back up and running, it now shows my key expired at the end of August. I might not be certain of many things these days, though I know for certain it was updated to v20 before well before the deadline had passed. That particular day was very emotional since it was the first time I'd gone back into our home office in a while. I hope this thread isn't too depressing; I wanted to give context to the situation. Any suggestions?

If the key is expired, the key is gone. No chance to get a free key back.

First of all, so sorry for your loss.

I can see a key assigned to your account that is valid until the end of the year. And I can see some recent activity on it as well on Update 3. So it might just be a connectivity matter to reach our activation server.

On the dashboard, click on the license type or expiry date.



That will take you into the license page of 3CX. Just click on the refresh again.

I can see a key assigned to your account that is valid until the end of the year. And I can see some recent activity on it as well on Update 3. So it might just be a connectivity matter to reach our activation server.

Thank you very much for your thoughts. I appreciate the condolences.

The key is in what was her 3cx portal and account as that was something separate from the one connected with my account. She set up that business, the filings and such. I took care of the technical items and offered consulting services in my area of expertise which were different from hers. I thought about posting from that account but it didn't feel right to do so; felt creepy. Could I PM you those details?
