Language changed from Japanese to English on its own.

The android application has been automatically updated and the language has changed from Japanese to English.
Users who do not understand the language are very confused.
How can I change it back to Japanese?

Hi there.
This is not something common. By default in the OS settings, if you go to the APP info ( in 3CX app go to Settings >> Advanced >> at the bottom in the Troubleshooting section >> Android app settings),

you should have Defaulted, and then it will take the actual language, so it depends on that, however, you can change that and put the other language in there

Earlier versions are not supported.
Does this mean that 3CX is not compatible with Android 12 or earlier versions?

I tested it on my client's android 14, but there is no Japanese in the language list.

Yes, you are right, there is no Japanese in the translation for the 3CX application.
