License Limit - 100 WebMeeting Seats

I tried to have a webmeeting and conference call. Both times after about 6 people who dialed in they started to receive errors saying License Limit.

I have 4 SC and 100 WebMeeting Seats.

Does anyone happen to know what is causing this? I am assuming I should be able to have 100 people join my calls?

Dial ins are counted against your SC, not your webmeeting limit.

Webmeeting is using the apps or website
