It's hard to figure out how to close or minimize the chat (especially on mobile). I'd like to see a little X at the top right of the chat window rather than the bubble option. The bubble arrow option is a bit confusing since it's completely outside of the chat window. On certain older smartphones the chat window can take over their screen and they can't even see the bubble option to close it. Received some complaints about this. Thanks for your consideration.
