Low volume on mobile calls

Hey,

we have a very strange problem:
We have one smartphone (Samsung A14 5G) that have the following issue:

- When calling/receiving a call from outside 3CX, the volume off the person on the other end of the line is very low.
We can't understand what they say. But they hear us loud an clear.
But only when you use the normal microphone.
When on speaker, the sound is good. When using an headset, the sound is good.
When calling between 3CX users, the sound is good
When using whatsapp, teams, mobile to call. The sound is good.

Only when a mobile phone is on the other end, we have this issue.

- All volume settings are on full volume
- It happens on 4G and wifi
- Other phones don't have this issue
- Same account on a different phone is not a problem
- Reinstalled the app
- Rebooted the phone
- Installed all updates
- .....

Any ideas what I can do more, other than using another phone?

Could you try by upping the microphone gain?
It’s in the hamburger menu (top right corner) > Settings > Advanced > Microphone Gain

Increase gradually and retest
