M900 IP DECT

Hello.

I have several clients with M900 system.
When i add or delete user to the DECT system, those changes don't apply to the snom system. It forces me to restart the DECT system every time i need a change.
I know that i'm doing somthing wrong but i can't figure it out.

Can someone give me a clue please?

I believe thats how it is supposed to be, I also always have to restart the base station to add users.

Hi,

Yes indeed , you have to reprovision the M900 so it can apply the changes you have made.

The newer M900 firmware (>530B2) have the option to check changes to the provisioning file every x minutes.

You can set it to 5 minutes, after you delete or add users tot the dect system you have to wait a few minutes to see the changes on the dect .
