Solved Manually provision without QR

Is there a way to provision the android app without scanning a QR code? We have a user that cannot get their phone to succesfully provision by scanning the QR code. We have tested the QR and account on other phones and the user can reach our server in a web browser so DNS is resolving. Any other ideas would be helpful.
