This morning we started to get the following error "MCU Connection Failed (0x0020)" when attempting to start a webmeeting.
Upon reviewing the logs, we get the following errors and warnings:
The server is resolving eu0179-lon.3cx.net with the IP 167.99.200.82 which matches the IP using https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/dig/#A/
Running a wget https://eu0179-lon.3cx.net connects and replies with ERROR 404: Not Found. which I believe is the expected reply.
Outbound traffic is not blocking the requests.
Please can you suggest any further troubleshooting steps.
Thanks,
