Microsoft 365 Integration with Hybrid Exchange

The Active Directory is synced with Azure AD. Some of the users' mailboxes are in the on-premise Exchange 2016 server and some are in Exchange Online.
Will the 3Cx integration still work on contact and calendar sync?

Currently, the user's Teams' calendar is synced with the user's mailbox on Exchange 2016, but the contact's in Teams is not.

Unfortunately no. Contacts and calendar sync only work with O365 mailboxes.
