Regarding your question, it's as it says there, Teams integration will be changing, which will mean that there will be no SIP forking capabilities that ring the Teams App and 3cx extension at the same time in the way that it is now, in a future update.

So what does that mean? If its set to ring and make calls on Teams this will no longer work? I'm impressed how 3CX is advertising 3CX functions with MS Teams and then you have all the rest of of hidden things such as Voicemails are not passed to Teams, extra licenses from Microsoft for phone system, and a yearly SSL cert which after renewal doesn't update on 3CX you have to re-do everything again. Why would even being to use Teams with 3CX when there are so many problems with this integration.
