Solved Microsoft Teams license required in addition to 365 Business

Hello,

I know Teams used to required Microsoft 365 Business Voice (without calling plan) in addition to 365 Business, at approximately $80 USD per year. That plan does not exist any more, but I can see a new "Microsoft Teams Phone Standard" at a similar price. Do you know if that will work? Or what is the lowest-price add-on required to use 3CX with Teams?

In regards to the team's integration with 3cx, this is the correct add-on license now "Microsoft Teams Phone Standard", when you have 365 subscriptions other than an E5. The pricing for this add-on will be listed in your Microsoft portal.

Thank you, Charles. I had already integrated Teams with 3CX, but the integration was disconnected when the Business Voice licenses expired, and I couldn't find them to renew it. Microsoft seems to change the name every year.

I will try with Teams Phone Standard. Would that be the cheapest option?

Although we can not porvide you with cost comparison for 3rd party products, I believe it is actually the only license add-on that is avialbe and is compatible to integrate with 3cx with teams.

Yes, I looked though a number of websites, and could not find other options. It costs $8/usr/mo., the same as the previous 365 Business Voice.

I got a few of the Teams Phone Standard and everything is back working as usual.
