missed call notification undeletable

Hi
sometimes don't know why, when a missed call notification comes on my Android phone, it displays pictogram left top corner and when i open the notification it's just blank space, this can't be deleted , only way I found until now is to reboot the phone, heavy process for a notification deletion.

Is there something else i can do ? Try? check?
