Mobile app rings after desktop phone

Hello. We have an internal queue to ring all extensions at the same time. All the desktop phones (wifi devices) ring together but if you use the app, the Android or iOS app ring much later or even only if all the desktop phones are busy. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Much later how much? 2 seconds, 5 seconds, how much later? Time it and let us know.

Are you on a remote side? Check how your mobile app has been provisioned. Local IP or Fqdn?
