Mobile Phone rings over 3CX calls

Has anyone had this on mobile phones, mainly android I think, but could be ios as well, where someone calling over mobile will still allow the phoen to ring while on a 3cx call.

Note that different devices will react differently, for my OnePlus 8, enabling the Telecom API in the Settings menu of the Android Client, mutes incoming GSM calls. It may be different for you.
