Solved Montreal BHS MCU Gone?

Hi there,

Being in the Montreal / Canada region, the presence of the Montreal MCU BHS (I suppose hosted at OVH Beauharnois) was one of the key point that made me confident that I would eventually have great service with 3CX for video conference because of proximity.

Now that video conference is increasingly critical for the company, it's nowhere to be found.

What happened?

Hi there it's being replaced with several new high capacity servers. We are upgrading our capacity to handle meetings in all regions of the world. For technical reasons, the BHS server had to be disabled.

Added a new high capacity MCU in Canada, Quebec (Beauharnois). If you don't see it in your list yet, restart your 3CX System Service or wait for 8hrs for your MCU list to refresh.
