We are having a lot off issues with Video Meetings.

Some context, we are a regional ISP. We started selling 3CX as a voice solution to our clients to add value to the telephony.
We do know networks. We sell internet and 3CX from small to medium-large businesses or companies locally. We sell managed networked services, IaaS, that means in most cases we control the business router, and LAN. So we sort of have control of everything. (in most cases)

Since we are in Mexico, our closest server is at least 3500kms away.

We have opened tickets with support , and was kindly told that we have more than 180 servers all around the world (except close to our country).
The problem is, the clients still complains. Dropped sessions, dropped frames, slow video, warnings,
We have clients that have dedicated links from 30Mbps to 400Mbps fibers, with good hardware. The meeting keeps telling them the connection is poor, the quality is poor. etc. They switch to WhatsApp, Zoom, or Meet, and it works .

We even have the same issues in our main office and I have 1Gbps on my workstation. (Decent hardware)

We were told to tell the customer to stop using DPI, IPS, IDS and all other security goodies they might have acquired, because it can cause the meeting to go south.
But it does not hurt the alternatives like Facetime, Whatsapp , Zoom, etc. But let's give it a try.... So we tested with IDS Off, same issues.

I have asked why no servers in country, well there seems to be no AWS data center in Mexico.
We know several hundred regional ISPs that can host your servers with certified DataCenters.

BUT.. if you want AWS can you please please spool one up in a major hub that's closer to us?
Mexico crosses fibers on borders like San Diego, Laredo TX, McAllen TX , and has good connections with Dallas TX Data centers.

The Covid issue has our users demanding more video, but we are having a hard time with this complaints.

looking forward to this.
