One of our managers was hosting a webmeeting where he was demoing some software. He was pointing at this and that using his mouse cursor.

Unfortunately, the attendees can't see his cursor. They only see the screen change when he re-sorts a column, etc.

Are other people experiencing the same thing? Is there any kind of a setting that can be changed, or is this an enhancement request?

Thanks!!

People do see my cursor, so I'm not sure.

Which browser are you using to share the screen?
Are you sharing the entire screen or just one window? Is it on Windows or Mac?

I would like to expand on your message and request for the option to draw on the screen. And perhaps even allow multiple people to draw on the screen or have multiple pointers visible in multiple colors or something. That would be really useful when talking about some document together. So basically the whiteboard but then be able to draw anywhere on the screen / documents etc.

Firefox on windows 10. Sharing the entire screen.

Could you try using Chrome? I'm having no issues with Chrome and the pointer is visible for others.

I can confirm that the cursor can be seen when the meeting is hosted in Chrome (no matter what the attendee is using) and not seen when the meeting is hosted in Firefox.

Okay, nice that you got it sorted!
I believe it is an 'error' in Firefox, there are more people with similar issues all over the internet when sharing their screens with Firefox.

We had the same problem but we used latest version of Crome with Win10.

To be precise: We had a Webmeeting with 3 and two used Crome and one used Firefox. But the mouspointer was invisible when a particiapant using Crome shared his screen. Does this problem appear even if only one prticipant is using Firefox (even if this person is not sharing his screen)?

For me, I only saw the problem when the host was Firefox. If the host was Chrome, the attendee could be either.
