I've got a 3cx system setup with the teams integration, which is largely working well. Wondering if anyone might have some insight on getting call parking to work on the teams phones. I can park a call from my test extension, and I get a code to pickup the call. On attempting to retrieve the call, the phone just says "We couldn't complete the call".

Looking at the direct routing log, I find an entry for a successful call park, then an entry with a sub code of 481 "Call/Transaction Does Not Exist"

Unfortunately, these teams phones just don't support BLFs.

Thoughts or insights? Anyone run into this before?

Are you using the SPs or the parking orbit (*0/*1) ?

Tried to use orbit, but teams phone won't allow that. Can't use sp on teams phone either. It appears to be teams parking the call, almost definitely an issue there but thought I'd ask here in hopes someone else had run into it

Did you ever find out a resolution to this as were having a very similar issue on an install of ours.

Regarding your questions, please note that the Direct Routing call plan does not support dial codes for parking calls using Parking Orbit. However, it does allow calls to be unparked from a Parking Orbit.

You can use a dummy extension that forwards calls to a system extension and assign it to a Shared Parking slot. When a call is transferred to this extension from Teams, the call will be parked successfully.

However, please note that the call cannot be picked up from Shared Parking in Teams. To retrieve the parked call, you must use a 3CX app or an IP phone connected to a 3CX extension.
