MS Teams client Integration

Hi all
As far as you know, is there a way to integrate the 3CX Client in the MS Teams interface ?
I'd like to add the 3CX PBX in the MS Teams application as telephony provider instead of Microsoft Phone System.

You can integrate teams with 3cx to make calls from the teams' apps through 3cx, although do note that this integration will be deprecated in the near future. See this guide: https://www.3cx.com/docs/microsoft-teams-business-voice/.

My need in this request is to have 3CX client starting the calls, because of the TAPI plugin for CRM applications.

In this case, then this is not a feature. You may use the 3cx legacy app with tapi integration, but other than this there are no options to use teams and have 3cx app connected to teams.

Dear 3CX, we are winning business against your competitors because of your integration to MS Teams. We recently closed a major 800+ person financial firm that liked it. We have another 3000-user college close to closing (with potential growth to 16,000) that we'll win because of it. It is exactly what they are looking for. We're about to close one of the most famous museums in the world because of it. So many other companies are leaning towards us (towards 3CX) because of this. I understand that it is resource intensive to keep up with Microsoft's changes, but it is winning you market share. If you want to stop investing in this integration, wait until this global movement towards Teams dies down, but please don't pull the plug while Teams is so hot. The extra cost and hassle to keep it going it worth every penny.
