Multiple conference calls with phone

Recently migrated from Avaya Aura to 3CX platform

Scenario

President calls his Admin to get several parties immediately on a call and wants to remain on the Admin’s line.

On the Avaya Aura, when Admin has everyone on the line and conferences in the President the Admin would either

• drop off the call (all parties excluding the Admin are in the conference)
• hit her hold button (all parties excluding the Admin are in the conference)

On the 3CX, when Admin has everyone on the line and conferences in the President. When the Admin attempts to either

• drop off the call (which terminates the conference call all together)
• hit her hold button. (which puts the conference call on hold)

Is there a way within 3CX on her physical phone to drop off the call without disconnecting the conference call or engage her HOLD button and not putting all the parties in the conference call on hold?

Keep in mind that the Admin is old and stuck in her ways and does not want to use webclient nor does she want to use the Conferencing bridge (700) as she would require to get the individuals right away and sending an invite to the parties won’t cut it.

just a note......We are currently running v18 and soon to be upgrading to v20
