Muting participants

Is there a way to mute and unmute participants on a conference call if you are the host. We have clients asking this as they compare it to zoom and other products

you can mute them or disable the video for them if you have Organizator rights.
You can ask someone to turn on the device also but it needs confirmation of the attendee in question.
