nasty MSG from unknown sender over WA on 3CX

Hello

does any one observed that client started receiving nasty messages on whatsapp configured to 3CX,

since it configured to Queue, all member of team receiving those msg, how do client deal with it ?

has some body successfully blocked it?

You should be able to click on the 3 little dots next to the persons name and block them

This is for a live chat in the screenshot (dont have a Whatsapp configured currently) but you should see something similar for whatsapp
