A customer uses 3cx webmeeting since month for sessions with only one or up to 3 guests. Worked ok.
Since several days he hears no audio and he cannot be heard.
I checked the audio settings ok, at least it works with the same audio equipment (logitech meeup) as soon as I switch to zoom or teams.
Browser is Microsoft branded Chrom version 90.x.y.z
I did reset the browser to defaults.
Before joining the meeting there is an audio test. This is positive: user can hear the test sounds, and in the green audio meter he sees the volume changing when he speaks.

Anything else what I could do?

what is the status of the other 2, they can speak and hear each other, just the 3rd person is sort of "muted" in the meeting?

V16 or V18?

currently I have only myself and the customer... I try to get someone else in addition and post back.
btw. I install a fresh version of google chrome. Makes no difference.

in this constellation, you don't know if the issue is on your end or on the customer's end...

They tried with several guests the last days. But ok I get a third party to join

@nobody
Could you send me a Webmeeting link in a PM so that I can join and test?

@nobody

As per our 3CX Webmeeting session, audio seems to be working fine for all parties including the customer now. It may have been a hiccup so, as we talked about, give it another go and let us know if it has indeed been resolved for good.

For the issue you faced with the video, I'd recommend trying the 3CX Video Conference App:
