I know the Fanvil I10s is not a supported device.

But does anyone have a cconfig file that could be used? I have the device online, when the button is pressed, the intercom makes the call and the call can be answered.

But no audio ether way. Anyone got one of these devices working?

The packet capture shows this
W/vcore.cfm.eventProcess | cfmProcessShareLineAppearanceEvent: chan=[5]
E/vdsp.device | vdspDeviceRouteSet: failed.

It also shows source and destination to be 127.0.0.1

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

How is the device connected? SBC, local or STUN?

Also check that your codecs are set correctly.

And you can try the "PBX Delivers Audio" in the extension's options, this can fix a lot of audio issues.

Setup using SBC

Both devices use the following codex
G722
G729

PBX Delivers audio has already been tried

More information

After doing some additional testing, we have found that if a call is placed from a phone to the i10 device, the audio is heard on both ends.

But if the call is placed from the i10 device and is answered by a phone, there is no audio.

Go figure.

Any suggestions?

OK, after monkeying with it for a long time, I finally determined I had to NOT use SBC. I removed the SBC settings from the device and changed the phone-provisioning to Direct-Sip (Stun), the audio now works both directions.
