No known local IP yet! Message from Fanvil X7

Hello, in the event log of my phone system, I usually get ,Phone 0C383E38235C of extension 12 is behind SBC XN3icr87rdWr which has no known local IP yet, I would like to know if that's a normal message? or do I have to configure a specific IP for my phones.

Sure, my Fanvil firmware version is x7-v2_2.12.17

Is that SBC up? That message indicates that the SBC has never connected, hence correct config cannot be generated.

Oh,OK, we don't use SBC because it's a small office, we just have a couple of phones
