We are a school using 3cx to run lessons with students who are at home, since Monday morning we have started randomly getting users reporting "No MCU available", we normally suggest trying again shortly afterwards and as far as we know it works fine on the second attempt.

Our 3cx is hosted onsite and is showing it's in sync with the webmeeting servers, a test meeting works fine, also many other users are using it fine throughout the day with many conferences.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. We checked our servers and we realized the error message you're getting was wrong. The message should read "Meeting has not started yet. Retry later.". This is the normal behavior for webinars/classrooms when a participant tries to connect when organizer is not connected yet.
We already restored the correct error message, so the issue should be fixed.
