no vidéo and sound out, but ok at the monitor screen

Hello,
I have problems with webmeeting on a particular computer.
Two users A and B in webmeeting (it is user B who is worried)

A :

• can se seen it in the "image control" (its small picture at the bottom right)
• its sound bar move
• don't sees video and don't hear B

B: (windows 8.1 pro, 64Bits)

• can se seen it in the "image control"
• its sound bar move
• sees A
• hears A, but the sound bar don't move

tested on the latest Chrome and Firefox
(on chrome, user B does not even see himself in the control image)


An interesting thing, in the detail of user B's webmeeting :

• "width and height of the camera encoding" are 0 while on the user A these values are identical to "width and height of the camera capture"
• the encoding framerate also remains at 0
• no visible alert in Chrome development tools
• no visible blockage in the firewall
• tested on Roubaix and Frankfurt servers

Do you have any idea?
