Not able to restore backup from V18.7 using current version 20.

Hello,

I am trying to restore BKP from V18.0.7 into current version 20, however it is not importing the admin user.

I already tried:
Install V18 however it do not allow me to install saying that, the current license is for V20
Recovery it using V20, recovery is successfully completed however admin credentials do not work and recovery password also do not send email with recovery.

Would be possible to downgrade current license do V18?

No, no downgrade avaiable. The backup need to be at least v18 update 9a to be compatible. Why you didnt follow the manual? https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v20-upgrade-checklist-faq/
