Hy. I have this problem with 3CX at work. If a create an Audio conference via the 3CX client or web client, I and the guests are receiving the email invitation for that conference. If I create an Video conference only the guests receive the email invitation. The strange thing is that if I cancel the conference, me and the guests are receiving the cancel invitation email. The email templates are not touched, what can it be? Thanks.

Hi! First make sure you have the latest version of 3CX installed, which is V16 Update 7 (16.7.0.1078).

Also, if you are using your own SMTP, I would suggest you also try using the 3CX SMTP as a test.
Of course also check in case these emails are for some reason going to your spam folder.

One more thing you could do is to remove the email from your extension in the 3CX Management Console, press OK, the add your email again.

We already have the latest version. I tested with 3CX smtp, same thing. They receive the invite but not me. When I cancel we all receive the cancel invitation email. The problems seems to be only when I create Video conferences, I don't receive the email. Tested all things above, still not working. Strange is that the creation email I don't receive it but the cancel email I receive it.

Have you tried using a different email for your extension? Temporarily use something like a GMail or Hotmail email and see if the issue happens with that as well.
I find it quite weird that you are getting some of the emails, but not all.

Hey astalush,
we experience the same behaviour some days before. E-Mail invitations could be received by [email protected] and emails didn't reached [email protected]. It was the same company and the same mail server and only different users.
In the end it was a "dynamic spam blocking rule" that only blocked some of the invitation links. Therefore my advise would be: check your mailserver or any kind of spam blocking device.
Best regards
Christoph

Hey.
There is no spam blocking rule, all is internal. I don't receive the creation only the cancellation so it works but 50%. And only in video creation, the audio creation I receive it.

You must send the invites from your email client as per the instructions. The way you are trying to do it it will not work....

It worked until your last update. I've created the video conference like in your documents, all worked well before. I received the email confirmation aswell as my invitees. Now I receive the email only when I create an audio conference. So I cannot add the video conference that I created into my agenda because no email. And when I cancel the Video Conference I receive the cancellation email.

OK, as i just said. You have to select your email client and then it will open the calendar invite and its sent from there. That is how to do it.
