Not registered, Not connected

My internet is okay, but my status is not registered, not connected. Its working just fine last weekend but when I returned from vacation, I am not able to make a call today. We got external IP - callcentric.com. Tried uninstall and reinstall and auto-provision but still not working.

Nope. I kept removing and adding my account then clicked auto provision but still not connected. I dont know what causes my account to be unregistered. So frustrating. Please advise...
