Any reason not to use O365 logons only, would also be good if we could disable extension logons and only use O365.
Is there any way to bypass the 3cx webclient logon and go straight to O365 login if not already signed in?

Thanks

Hi, currently there is no actual way to disable the logins from 3cx and leave only the SSO login capability, but in the upcoming version, the login passwords will no longer be sent to users within the welcome emails, and users will need to set their own passwords, the first time they receive their welcome emails. This process can be ignored and they can use only their 365 SSO logins instead.

This is not really an answer to the issue as if the user takes the route of creating a password, there is no way to prevent this for security. I am assuming this was a safeguard to ensure that someone doesn't enable SSO, then fully lock themselves out of the system.

All of this could be resolved with one of these easy below options:
  • Disable local login for users while SSO is enabled.
    • Privileged users will still have a local login but will only be accessible via whitelisted IPs.
  • Enable 2FA integrations for the local logins.

Hello
With the release of v20 update 1, has there been any change to this functionality?

Another vote for this, we really should be able to control this and set per-user login types. Just a simple way to disable it completely for most users and force an M365 only environment for login.
