Hi Everyone,

I have an odd situation I hope someone can help with. I run a 3CX Version 16.0.9 Professional Annual on an AWS Lightsail Debian instance. All employees are remote employees and use either the desktop client, web client, or smart phone app (mostly iPhone and Google Pixel users), so no SBC is used. Recently I have tried to set up the 3CX app for android on a Samsung Galaxy J3 V running android 9. No matter what I do callers can not hear the employee. I have tried these extensions on a different device as well as on the web and desktop clients. All works there so I know its phone/device specific. I also have tried checking "PBX delivers audio" with no avail. All permissions (specifically the microphone) are enabled in the android settings. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app (using the latest version from Google Play) as well as re-provisioned the extension multiple times. Calling echo test service *777 detects no audio. Also noted the issue is persistent on both WiFi and Mobile networks (Verizon). Anyone else have any ideas what to try? I've been bashing my head against a wall here.

Thank you!!

Please try to turn off the "Telecom API" option in client's Settings/Advanced and see if you have proper audio. No restart required, just turn it off.
