Say, I have a webmeeting with 4 other users, so I have 4 people on my screen (and myself in a small screen).
If some-one (un)mutes their microphone (or, if I as organiser (un)mute some-one's microphone for them), their screen (video) goes black for 1-2 seconds.
That is a bit distracting, but it is more annoying than a real problem.
But what also happens sometimes, is that the order of (all) people's video changes after that.
So person A is top left, B top right, C bottom left and D bottom right.
If I mute/unmute person B, it happes that C moves to the top right spot and B reappears on the spot of person D.
This is really annoying. Is anyone else experiencing this or is this some strange glitch?
It also happens in some order situations: when turning off/on video (I prefer people remain at their spot and just some generic avatar with 'Pete had disabled his video' or something), people also change order.
And it of course happens when people exit and rejoin. Perhaps their spot should remain open for a few minutes with a generic avatar and a text like 'Pete has left the meeting, His spot will remain open for 2 minutes' or something like that. People sometimes disconnect because of spotty wifi or accidentally hitting the on/off button on their phone or tablet.
They rejoin immediately, but then all people have been shuffled around already
