Brains trust,
I have two trunks, the first one works as designed and has a "hardcoded" 07 QLD phone number.
The second trunk has a "hard coded" 03 VIC number assigned, however when using the outbound rules to ensure only certain extensions use this trunk - this errors and we cannot dial out.
I have spoken with our Trunk Provider - VOCUS (i think) and they assure me there are no issues on their end.
Activity logs show the below...
I see AUTH Required, proxy auth needed, xxx.3cx.com.au NOT FOUND etc... unsure why this specific trunk is having these issues??
any help appreciated!!
