Hello, I might be at my wit's end regarding this, as the SIP provider (Peoplefone) is assuring me it's not on their side.
The issue started when losing credits on the SIP provider side and after topping-up it stopped working.
Inbound calls are fine, but Outbound calls yield a response from the system:
"the call could not be established, contact administrator"
I would like to make sure my 3CX Outbound settings are fine... I tried many, many combinations, even though it was already set up and worked fine up to a recent point in time...
3 users in the "Hakman Group" that has access, office hours are not the issue,
I reset the SIP Trunk authentication password, the session from Peoplefone side, and again, they are assuring me it's not on their side.
Once again, I did not change any routing settings on 3cx before it stopped working - and it worked for a year.
I would like to make sure it's not 3cx issue, to troubleshoot it the best way...
Attaching screenshots of configuration for clarification:
In the image "Outbound rule 3" - I set with and without DID , no changes - same issue.
In the image "Outbound rule 5" - I set with and without DID, no changes - same issue.
In the image "Outbound rule 6" - you can clearly see all users are a part of the department/ring group.
In the image "Outbound rule 7" - call logs just say "Server error"
Weird issue since it worked normally with these settings and then it just stopped working. Are there possible any restrictions on the 3CX side I am not aware about ?
Thank you in advance for any input...
