Hello.

I have a patton ISDN gateway that i cant edit after upgrading to debian V.20
Could anyone please let me know how to solve this issue?

I cant also edit outgoing rules as the trunk is not showing as an option anymore.

thanks
Mike

anyone ? please ?

Same problem with version 20.0 Update 0 (Build 1620 Release) on debian 12 with Patton SN4131. I read that you can't edit old trunks but only add new ones. Is it possible to at least delete the old ones, even via command line and then recreate them?

I did not find a solution but I decided to take the Patton out of the equation so I asked my provider to give me the SIP trunk user and password which I used in 3CX as a new trunk and magically it solved all my past issues.

I still can't delete the old Patton trunk in my installation I wonder why they do not fix this issue ..

Hi there,

when you say:
I still can't delete the old Patton trunk in my installation I wonder why they do not fix this issue ..
so when you go to the Voice&chats you can't delete the trunks from there? What error do you get?

it does not allow me to select it at all. like its not there. you cant highlight it nor you can select it from the right side where the 3 vertical dots are. a mystery to me... :)

@mikeB200
Maybe you could open a ticket with us, so we can have a look and find the way to resolve this issue.

Good morning, I read on a 3CX forum (January message) that old trunks currently cannot be deleted from the interface. However, it will be possible to delete and manage them (editing button) in future versions or updates of 3CX v20. Opening a ticket it's still possible to delete them. Would it also be possible to receive instructions on how to configure a Patton SmartNode 4112 as I only find instructions for version 18 on the 3CX website. Thank you, and I await your kind response.

@info.nitsystem Hi there.
If the trunks are not able to get deleted, we will have to do some work which will require direct access to the database and we won't share those instructions publicly. Feel free to reach our support team where we could schedule the remote session and assist.
