Personalize WhatsApp

Hi,
we have done some tests with WhatsApp API now.
3CX Desktop App and 3CX Smartphone App work very well.

Unfortunately, I have not figured out how to create a profile picture, embed the Legal Notice or create a greeting.

Do I need to cofigure this in Whatsapp portal or are these features that will be added by 3CX in the future?

Hi,
Your profile information is setup in the Whatsapp Portal: https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/phone-numbers/ click on the settings icon for the number you're using, and then go to profile and upload your profile photo.
The embedding of the Legal Notice and greeting is also something I am looking at, but can't figure it out. Currently looking at the CFD to do this, but it seems like that hasn't been updated for WA support as yet. We'll see.
