Photos Not Updating

We have a situation where photos for old staff are showing for extensions when reassigned to new staff. 3CX doesn't seem to be updating the photo when the matched user in Office 365 is different, whether that means wiping the photo out entirely or replacing it with an updated photo. It also doesn't seem to want to update the photo in 3CX when we update a user's photo in Office 365.

[Side note, I saw a similar posting here in the forums, but it looked to be a different situation.]

• 3CX V18 hosted locally on W10 VM
• Office 365
• Local Active Directly synchronized with Office 365/Azure AD

Which 365 license have the new users been given?
