Pick Up Code on Hosted Instance

I am trying to use *20* to pickup a call for a ring group except I get an error saying call transfer failed.

Does that code not work on the hosted instance?

The pickup code works on hosted systems, but please ensure the following conditions are met:

• The extension that is ringing in the Ring Group has the option “Show calls” enabled.
• The extension performing the pickup has the appropriate Call Operation Rights configured under the View tab in their Extension settings.
• Ensure that the extensions are within the same department where these options are enabled.

Once these are correctly set, the pickup feature should function as expected.
