Solved Pixel 2 XL on Android 10 - incoming calls no displaying on screen

It use to be that when I got a call on 3CX the incoming call would show on the screen. Now it just rings and you can't find a way to answer the call only by swiping down from the screen and picking up the call through the notification menu.

I don't know if that helps or not. It looks like it is more of an Android 10 (Pixel 2) problem, as there are a number of issues people have reported with notifications for SMS and mobile calls to, not just 3CX related.

in the app settings (os level) --> notification --> turn them all off and back on, does this addresses the case?

Hi this is normal
Android 10 changed notification.
Make a video let me see what you experience.
If you lock phone you should see 3CX
If you unlock phone you should see notification with 2 buttons.
