Solved Please help to transfer (corrupt machine) license to new installed Phone System

Dear reader,
We have a machine that was not able to recover, and the config backup was located on that machine...
Now we installed a new one with the trial option, but can someone help me out to transfer the paid license from the old machine, to the new one?
Please let me know the steps to provide.

Easy.

License is not bound to machine, its bound to FQDN.

Try: Go to the Console > Settings > License, and click Replace License Key.

This is the correct way you should have deployed:

go to customer.3cx.com

find your license key > Install

Deploy it your new system.

If you have used a different FQDN (which you likely have), you will first need to release the FQDN from your license key, which can be done from the same customer.3cx.com portal.

i was trying to disconnect from the partner portal, but you need to logon with customer.
