First off, yes i know these phones are old, bad, and should be replaced, I'm with you completely
, however we have a manufacturing facility that just out right refuses to do so, i wish i could get rid of them so much. Supporting them was the closing detail to get them on 3CX.
Since the last few updates, suddenly the polycoms are showing 1 hour off timezone wise, we have triple checked the time on the phonesystem is correct, the date time is correct, and the phones are set to use global timezone, we also tried forcing one to MST -7, however it still resulted in it being 1 hour off after reboot, and the polycom settings in 3CX do not seem to have a setting for either America\Phoenix, or MST no DST, etc... so not sure what to do here, there is like 20 of these things all doing the same thing.
My best guess is maybe a template update issue, but i have not confirmed that to be the case, entirely possible one of our guys did something somewhere we can't find. Any help is appreciated.
