Poor audio quality on V16 Android app, on note 9

We have issues with poor audio quality on android 9 v16 app.

Sound is verry tinny, just sounds very bad.

Any suggestions?

I can confirm. Customers are complaining about bad audio quality since Update to v16. Customers are using Android and iOS Devices exclusive. No desk phones. With v15.5 sp6 quality was much better and clean. Nothing has changed in setup. A statement from 3cx would be great.

Have you checked Codec priority in the App. Perhaps some is wrong here after update...we prefer G711 first

Don't know who you mean, but codec is set to 722, 711u,711a in this order...

That is what i mean. Did you checked that this is set everywhere...at the trunk, global settings, provisioing settings on the extension and even in the app itself.
