Solved Portal API token is not valid

Good morning,

I am using webinar on wordpress. with 3cx v18.

from the management console I go to settings/ conferancing/ video/ API and generate an API for the webmeeting API token

webneeting FQDN: myfqdn.de.3cx.net
webmeeting API token: pasted here making sure not to add and blank spaces

I keep getting the following error.

• Portal API token is not valid.

I've searched everywhere for the solution buts seems they're all outdated. Please help!

the WordPress plugin is currently for 3CXv16.
v18 has a complete Rest API, for now, https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/17439253/UUxzBnmk which allows a do it your self implementation on your website (in case you are a coder). The update and move of the WordPress Plugin to v18 is something we might do until the end of the year for consumers.

This is also in our plans. The current one is wayy too limited and didn't work correctly most of the time (at least for us.)

I have updated the webinar in wordpress for V18 and I have scheduled a webinar but it is not showing on the page. I was using V16 but it still doesn't work now, can anyone run it?

I assume you have inserted your HTTPS URL to your system (incl. port if not 443) and added the correct API key from the Settings > Conference > 3CX API key section into the configuration.

Yes, wordpress webinar does not give an error message and I create webinar in the account of the subscriber number I wrote and it comes up empty on the www.trakyatelekom.com/webinar page.

there are two options to check, one would be from the PHP log of WP, which is not overly convenient.
Simler would be, as the plugin, I build on the same APIs, to run with the same FQDN, API key and filter the Rest API

we uploaded a new version of the WP plugin.
In this version, you can now directly test the API call to your 3CX System and evaluate the filtered data.
May this helps to debug your case in a convenient manner

Try updating the plugin through WP-Admin and you should see 18.2.3. That should address your issue.
