Problem teams integration 3CX

Hi, We wanted to test 3CX with a teams integration, we followed all the steps:

However in teams we can only send and receive internally in the organization we cannot send and receive externally what parameter should we look at

Otherwise for information, 3CX works well internally / externally Transmission, Reception and we see the users clearly in 3CX of Teams

Most likely a script that wasn't ran properly. Make sure to review the instructions twice before doing anything.

- User's Office Phone in E164
- Teams Phone Standard license
- Run initial setup script for dial plan
- Run user mapping script everytime a synced user changes
