Problem with forwarding

Hi everyone, I have a dummy extension for an external number for marketing services, we have an IVR so when someone press the option number for the marketing services the call finishes.

This was working weeks ago, and I'm the only one with access.
This is that I'm getting in the activity logs

Can you help me to figure out what's the problem?

Verify the destination phone number.
I have a feeling that a digit is missing.

If you are trying to call a North American number ( North American Numbering Plan (NANP) ) , be aware that these phone numbers have 10 digits, excluding the country code +1.

If no,
Try calling the phone number directly from your extension.

A "404 Not Found" error suggests that your provider was unable to route the call to its destination, either because the number is no longer in service or because there is a problem with the routing, interpreting it as a number that is no longer in service.

@Guillaume Bourgeois, I came to the same conclusion. It looks like the number is being rejected by net2phone.

It's very likely that the number is missing a digit because I only count 9 digits.

Usually, to tease my clients,
I say, "I haven't found a provider yet that can guess the last digit of the phone numbers I want to call. Let me know if you find one!"

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, thanks for the advice, extension is now working, I had the first number missing
